Running or walking a 5K is an excellent goal for the New Year!  Along with sure enjoyment, you’re likely to gain motivation and inspiration from participating in a race, and 5K (3.1 miles) is the perfect distance for first-timers. Even if you are a couch potato, you can be ready for a 5K in a couple of months by TRAINING.

There are plenty of programs online or you can contact one of our Running Store sponsor, Foot Traffic to enroll in one of their run/walk training programs.
